CWA’s 24 Hours Services at a glance:
- 24 Hours Ambulance Services are provided for shifting the patients or the injured persons to hospitals / medical aid-centres.
- Free Ambulance Services are provided in emergency to shift the wounded and dead bodies to the hospitals.
- Free Medicines are provided to save the lives of severely injured persons in accident cases and in trauma emergency.
- Free burial arrangements are provided to newly-born babies in the government hospitals.
- Free ghusal of mayyat, coffin and burial are provided to un-known dead bodies .
- Free CT-Scan, X-Ray and laboratory test expenses are provided to those un-known and wounded persons who are brought in the trauma emergency.
- CWA helps the poor and the needy people including widows and orphans in various forms. These include cash assistance, monthly stipend, clothes, mattress, blankets, eatable items and other necessities of life.
- For regular income, widows are provided either with sewing machines or their equivalent amounts.
- We also convey information to the homes of those persons who are brought accidentally wounded or dead in the department of accident and emergency in hospitals through our “ CHHIPA INFORMATION BUREAU CELL”.
- CWA also helps to trace out the missing persons and to take them to their families.
- Gifts are provided to the poor and the orphan girls on the occasion of their marriages.
- More than 3500 packets of foods were provided to the poor in Katchi Abadi, in hospitals, madaris and jails during Ramzan-ul-Mubarak (each packet cost Rs.30/).
- Course Books are provided to the deserving poor students.
- Monthly ration was provided to low category menial staff.
- In the past, we had launched a campaign to provide treatment of narcotics drugs addicted patients.
